The difference between R25 and R19 is that R25 is a bit thicker than the R19. Please, see below as reference how many sleeves or paper insert can fit in each binder.

Because the cover is printed with ink like a normal item (such as notebook) may fade away a bit of or have little marks. Binder holes metal marks. Binder ring joints may have some rusty/chipped parts.
