Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Please note that we are not liable for delays caused by customs processes. Certain items, based on their harmonized codes, may incur additional customs fees depending on your country's regulations. As customs laws vary widely by country, these fees are difficult to predict and are determined solely by your local customs authorities.
Some items may be subject to random and infrequent customs inspections. If customs officials request additional information or documents from us, there could be a delay in the delivery process. Rest assured, we do our best to provide all necessary documentation to facilitate a smooth customs clearance.

United States Free Trade Agreement
Between South Korea and the United States, there is a free trade agreement allowing duty-free imports for packages valued up to $800 USD, including the cost of items and shipping. However, the final determination rests with U.S. customs, which may choose to apply additional fees or taxes. These charges could include costs related to inspections, paperwork, or harmonized codes associated with FDA regulations. Please note that we do not cover any such fees, taxes, or duties imposed by customs.
United States Updated as of April 23, 2025 [KST]
We’re happy to share that, as of today, none of our customers using express mail services like FedEx have been charged any customs taxes on orders shipped to the U.S.
This confirms that the Free Trade Agreement between South Korea and the United States remains in effect for orders up to $800 USD, even when using private couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and others.
As always, standard shipping via the national post office continues to be tax-free for orders under $800 USD.

Difference between Origin vs Made in
Please take a moment to review the distinction between "Origin" and "Made In" labels. These terms may reflect different aspects of a product’s manufacturing or sourcing process and can affect customs declarations, tariffs, and regulatory requirements.
You can find more details about this distinction in the description box of each item on our website. We encourage you to review this information to ensure clarity and avoid any confusion during the shipping or import process.
-
Origin refers to the market of trade—the country or region where the product is being sold or distributed.
-
Made In indicates the country where the item was manufactured or produced.
By purchasing from us, you are agreeing these terms and conditions.
