- Customer is responsible for adding the coupon at Durunaru's checkout page. If coupon is not input at the checkout page, we can't cancel your order or reverse your payment for less amount since you gave permission to debit card/credit for the amount paid and the transaction fee has been discounted from of the total amount you have paid. If you tried to add the coupon at the ShopPay/Paypal checkout it won't work since the coupon given is from DuruNaru website and not ShopPay/Paypal.
