- Important Notice for US Customers:
We would like to inform you about possible shipping delays affecting U.S. deliveries starting November 5th, 2025.
Currently, there are customs delays in Alaska, and in some cases, flights within the U.S. are also affected. This means that if your package arrives in Alaska, Memphis, Oakland, or Indianapolis, it may take a little longer to clear customs and continue its journey to our U.S. warehouse.
These delays are mainly due to the U.S. government shutdown and a shortage of air traffic controllers, which has caused fewer domestic flights. After November 7th, an additional 10% reduction in air traffic controllers is expected, which may cause further flight delays.
Once your package clears customs, it will be shipped to our U.S. warehouse and then forwarded to you.
Please note that USPS deliveries within the mainland U.S. are not affected since they are transported mainly by truck (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other islands).
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

- Important Notice for US Customers:
As the busy season approaches, we kindly ask that you plan ahead and place your orders at least 1 month in advance. US customs can be unpredictable — some packages clear within 24 hours, while others may take 5 or more days to process.
Please understand that once your package is packed in the master box and has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled or retrieved. We appreciate your understanding and patience with the unique circumstances of US customs clearance.

- Korean Post Office System Temporary Disruption
Due to an incident that occurred on Saturday, September 27, 2025, part of the Korean postal data system is currently down. As a result, packages may not be trackable within the system and can only be traced to the destination post office.
At this time, tracking information is limited, and opening new inquiries is not possible because the relevant data from the Korean side has been temporarily lost. The Korean government is actively working to recover all information.
Please note: Packages sent to or within the USA are not affected by this disruption.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding and patience during this period.
- Korean Thanksgiving Holiday (Oct 1–9)
No shipping or customer service during this period. Packaging may be random, and FedEx/Korean Post will be closed. Some delays are expected.
US orders are sent via Express Mail, so minimal delay is expected.

- Shipping Advisory – FedEx Delays to the USA (September 25 2025)
Shipments to the USA over the past 3 days are delayed due to weather at the FedEx Memphis hub. Packages have reached the Alaska hub but still need to clear Memphis customs. Further delays are expected.

- US Inbound Packages – Customer Update
For orders placed between August 25th and 29th, shipments will be sent out next week, around the middle of the week, once we have more information regarding the documentation required by U.S. Customs.
At this time, there is no official guidance or paperwork available, so we are waiting for instructions on how the clearance process will proceed.

- South Korea Weather Conditions
On Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th 2024, The region of Seoul and surround was badly affected with a heavy snow. Many of DuruNaru team did not come to work those days and FEDEX nor the Korean Post Office courier were able to do a pick up [specially in our area]

- Canada National Post Office in strike [Canada Post]
As for today November 29th 2024 [11:40am], we got a notification from the Korean Post Office that all the packages that goes to Canada Post office will be remain in the Korean Post Office or/if the package left the South Korea already, it will be placed in Canada Customs until the Canada Post opens again.
If your package has been dispatched from our side but does not have a tracking number means that your package is on hold in the Korean Post Office [international center]. Please, understand that we cannot give refund or retrieve package back.

This issue is only for Standard Shipping [FEDEX Canada still working with no problem]. Free Shipping may go with Standard Shipping or with FEDEX depending on the weight of the package, regardless if the customer choose "Express Shipping" as shipping method.

- France Post Office [La Poste]/DHL & FEDEX Interruptions
Due the Olympics in France there is Interruptions and delays on the French customs side. Most of the package leave South Korea within 3 business days but all the packages are getting stuck in customs French.
If you need an exact time when your package will be deliver and it is in France already, I will appreciate to please give a call to La Poste if your package is standard shipping and if it is Express Shipping to FEDEX/DHL

Fedex Express national service disruption. Fedex is experienced substantial disruptions at Memphis hub last night due the severe weather. The storm has created hazardous operating conditions and the safety of FEDEX team remain their number one priority.
Delay are possible for package deliveries across the U.S with delivery commitment of Wednesday, January 24. Contingency plans are in place, and they are prepared to provide the best possible service as conditions allow.
