LABOR DAY & CHILDREN'S DAY [MAY 1ST & MAY 6TH]
In South Korea as well as other country on May 1st we celebrate labor day and on May 6th is Children's day. We call this long week as "Golden Week" since it is a big holiday back to back. These holidays are mandated by the Korean government so the post office/couriers and our staff will be resting. There may be some delay on dispatching, shipping and fulfill orders.

On April 10th is Election's day in South Korea. According to the South Korea government is holiday. Customer Service, dispatch and courier pick up service will be off.

 KOREAN 1ST MOVEMENT [HOLIDAY]
In South Korea on March 1st, we celebrate the korean independence movement. Therefore, we wont be having any courier pick or packaging. Since it is a governmental holiday nobody will be working.
There may be some delay in dispatching from our side [DuruNaru] and pick up from our courier. Please, be aware of this while purchasing.

KOREAN NEW YEARS HOLIDAY [LUNAR NEW YEAR]
In South Korea we celebrated Korean New Years that is from Feb 8th 2024 until Feb 12th 2024. During these days, we wont be having customer service, tracking number system upload, fulfillment or pick up from the courier [Korean Post Office or DHL/FEDEX]. We back to business on Feb 13th 2024. SHIPPING WITH FEDEX [ONLY UNITED STATES]
Fedex Express national service disruption. Fedex is experienced substantial disruptions at Memphis hub last night due the severe weather. The storm has created hazardous operating conditions and the safety of FEDEX team remain their number one priority.
Delay are possible for package deliveries across the U.S with delivery commitment of Wednesday, January 24. Contingency plans are in place, and they are prepared to provide the best possible service as conditions allow.

We usually dispatch packages within 1 to 2 business days. Due to the holidays and the extraordinary amount of orders customers are placing. We may experience some delay in dispatching [up to 5 business days].
